Service Description

Designed for young teens and athletes new to working out on their own. Our Youth Basics of Training Program provides essential knowledge and hands-on practice in a supportive setting. Over four sessions, participants will learn foundational exercises and proper form, understand key movements, and discover how to read and follow workout plans. We’ll also discuss the importance of balanced nutrition and regular exercise for overall health and performance. During the final session, each participant will receive a personalized workout plan tailored to their goals and abilities, with the option to purchase monthly updates to keep them progressing. Join us to kickstart a lifelong journey of fitness, confidence, and healthy habits!


Cancellation Policy

Evolve U Fitness requires a minimum of 4 people signed up to hold a class and asks that you cancel a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of a class or program.
